Overdose prevention outreach within Ulster County

• Narcan & harm reduction education, training and supplies
• Linkages to care for people who use drugs

This program is designed to:

• Improve access to care for people who use drugs in remote/rural areas  of Ulster County

• Increase syringe access services in remote/rural areas of Ulster County

• Empower and strengthen autonomy in health care amongst people who  use drugs through education and counseling

• Increase Naloxone distribution

Funded by a grant from the National Association of City and County Health Organizations via Ulster County Department of Health
