Volunteers will be wrapping holiday gifts in exchange for small donations on Friday, December 23, 2011 from 2:00 to 6:00 pm at the Barnes & Noble: bookstore in Kingston! Stop by and have our wonderful, cheerful volunteers wrap up your new purchases and last-minute gifts! Funds donated will go towards ARCS’ programs and services for our HIV-positive clients.
Volunteers will also be wrapping gifts on Christmas Eve, Saturday, December 24th, all day from 8:00 am to 6 pm.

Enjoy an April shower of frivolity as Gunk Haus, a German gastropub in Clintondale, NY hosts “Drag Brunch” on Sunday, April 10th from 11 am to 5 pm to benefit ARCS. For $20, you’ll have your choice of breakfast entrees, coffee, pastries, fruit and a mimosa, and Gunk Haus donates $10 of your meal to ARCS. Hudson Valley favorite Trixie Starr brings her cavalcade of games, fun and surprises, JoJo Gerard imports a bit of Fire Island fire, while Ophelia Nightly performs a few songs along with a special “mystery guest”. Performances between 12 and 2 pm but brunch services lasts from 11 am to 5 pm. Proceeds will go toward the Hudson Valley AIDS Walk.
