All HVCS offices will be closed for Election Day so that our employees face as few barriers to voting as possible. Get out and rock the vote!

All HVCS offices will be closed in honor of Veterans' Day.
Trans Awareness Week
November 12 – 19 individuals and organizations around the country will participate in Transgender Awareness Week to help raise the visibility of transgender and gender non-conforming people, and address the issues the community faces.

Chill Wine Bar 173 Main St., Beacon, NY, United StatesIt's Chill's annual food drive party for Hudson Valley Community Services! Bring non-perishable foods, toiletries & household cleansers to support local people living with chronic illnesses. Chill will also donate a portion of sales to HVCS. Plus we'll have a DJ playing party tunes, door prizes and raffles! No cover but donations are encouraged.

Giving Tuesday
December 3rd marks the national tradition of generosity, #GivingTuesday. It is a day dedicated to charitable giving and we hope you can stand with us. We know there are so many charities deserving of your support at this time of year. As you consider your year-end giving, we hope you remember the impact and power your donation has on the most vulnerable and stigmatized individuals from our society: those who are hungry and ill, those who have HIV/AIDS, those who use drugs and those who are homeless.
