Legal & Family Stabilization

The Legal & Family Stabilization Program helps families headed by an HIV-positive parent create a more secure future for children. Eligible families will have dependent children through the age of 21 living in the household. The program helps families remain stable by providing assistance with standby guardianship, health care proxies, wills, living wills and power of attorney.
